Although within the time frame given, it took almost 24 hours to complete my first transfer. Quite a lot of time I'd say especially if it's an emergency.

Took my money quickly.. and then next day within a few hours before it should of arrived suddenly ask for certain IDs that I do not have.. after waiting around in a customer chat room.. I was told i would be refunded in 2 working days..
Firstly it never stated I had to send certain ID at the start which would of been helpful as I have never had to do this with other transfer sites.. and would of chosen to of gone elsewhere..
Secondly how is it you can take someone's money quickly.. but then take your time to refund it!!
This transfer was very important.. so am not impressed..
Just hope the money is refunded within the two days!!!

My opinion is that the transfer should be received same day not a day after, and telephone number should be added on the list to be notified that the money has been paid.
